GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Sr. Analyst, Process Improvement & Analytics will play a key role in support of cross-functional capabilities and services for the Store Operations function. This role will support process improvement and reporting initiatives, through quantitative/qualitative analyses, project management, and cross-functional alignment. This role will serve as a project manager for a variety of process improvement initiatives and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting utilizing Service Channel, Power BI, and Excel. This role will design and implement new reports and processes that reduce team workload, drive better process execution, and/or improve business outcomes. Key components of this role include an understanding of the retail industry and Store Operations, producing insights through data analytics, collaborating with corporate and field teams, and communicating recommendations to executive-level audiences.

The base salary range for this role is $75,700 - $113,650. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Leads development of Process Improvements, KPIs, and comprehensive data analysis:

• Design new reporting to track KPIs, produce actionable insights to help manage the business, and monitor progress on meeting business objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans and associated project updates/communication.

• Identify process improvement opportunities through quantitative/qualitative analysis.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gain input and develop inclusive/holistic operational solutions.

• Quantify potential impact to key business metrics such as costs, quality of service, and time to completion.

• Interact with all levels of management to build consensus around changes and rollout plans.

• Ensure store/field leader execution is driven through operational initiatives.

• Design and complete ad hoc analysis as requested (with limited guidance).

• Leverage critical thinking to solve complex project challenges in a way that meets the needs of the business.

• Complete projects on time and in a way that achieves the desired business outcomes.

• Creates materials to support meetings with executive level audiences, adoption plans, and measurement of objectives.

• Develop communications and training to educate internal and store operators on best practices and process enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in an analytical field).

• Minimum of 3 years post college experience with developing reporting/analysis, managing projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and business process ownership. Experience in retail, operations, and/or analytical field preferred.

• Strong analytical ability - must have a data driven and detail-oriented approach to solving problems. Requires very strong quantitative skills, a good sense of how to dissect problems and a strong ability to "connect the dots" to discern insights.

• Experience designing dashboards and analysis to track KPIs, produce actionable insights, and monitor business outcomes.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with ServiceChannel or Looker a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to think through new challenges strategically and independently problem solve to address key business and project related obstacles and opportunities

• Proficient knowledge of store operations and how other operating areas impact stores

• A detail-oriented approach - must pay close attention to details and have the drive to get things right.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with integrated, multi-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position.
This role requires regular in-office presence, including attending in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
