About this opportunity

The Talent Development Onboarding Administrator will support the Talent Development onboarding and training processes. This responsibility includes but is not limited to developing onboarding plans, scheduling classroom and one-on-one trainings, HR touch bases, business expert trainings and comp shopping trips for new hire and promoted associates. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

  • Develop and maintain onboarding plans to support all newly hired and promoted associates in Merchandising, Planning and Support functions.
  • Conduct in-take meetings with hiring managers to help them understand their role in supporting new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Participate in overview sessions as part of new hire orientation to review the plan with new hires.
  • Schedule classes with Talent Development trainers and business experts and manage training logistics, including sending calendar invites, reserving training rooms, and updating the master training calendar.
  • Partner with Xcelerate Administrator to leverage our LMS for onboarding, as appropriate.
  • Send all communications for classes, track signups and attendance
  • Setup and breakdown training rooms (for in-person training)
  • Print and order materials, as required, for training classes.

Who you are
  • You have a bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • You have 1 - 3 years administrative experience (preferred).
  • You are client-service driven.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • You can handle a high volume of time-sensitive responsibilities.
  • You are detail oriented with accuracy.
  • You have strong critical thinking skills and ability to use thoughtful judgment. Ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with diverse groups of leaders and associates.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to work independently and/or with a team.
  • You are proficient in Office 365
  • You are proficient with various technologies (e.g., virtual conferencing platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, LCD projectors, conference lines, etc.)

This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
