GENERAL PURPOSE:

Manage delivery of HR reporting and workforce intelligence in support of regulatory requirements and business initiatives. This includes using HR reporting services and tools to perform detailed statistical analysis and building predictive models to generate actionable insights. This position will create and analyze large data sets of internal and external data and communicate the results across the organization as needed to inform and drive action.

The base salary range for this role is $102,500 - $156,350. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to find opportunities for company data to drive business solutions

• Strengthen business partner relations by acting with integrity and seeking to understand their business priorities and support needs

• Mine, transform, and aggregate complex data sets sourced from a variety of internal and/or external data assets. Gather data and prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analyses on key HR metrics using HR Information Systems, including PeopleSoft, as well as vendor systems, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

• Develop custom data models for large data sets, verifying model performance, data integrity, and business relevance

• Create dashboards to communicate data in a concise and easy to understand format.

• Communicate data analysis with clear and concise language, adjusting messaging to the audience as needed.

• Deliver against high standard of data quality and analytical accuracy. Routinely assess the effectiveness and accuracy of reports, data sources, and data gathering techniques.

• Proactively improve analytical and reporting tools and delivery processes (for value-add, efficiency, quality, speed) considering all available technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• BS/BA required, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Market Research, or other quantitative field

• 5+ years of relevant experience driving workforce insights through data analysis and statistical modeling, preferably in an HR environment

• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on synthesizing data from multiple sources and drawing accurate conclusions that lead to improved business decisions

• Excellent technical skills including PeopleSoft queries; Tableau, Power BI, or PowerPivot; MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint); SQL and relational databases

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex quantitative data and concepts to articulate workforce insights to business stakeholders

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to deliver timely, quality reporting for regulatory compliance (EEOC, etc.)

• Ability to maintain professional integrity with heightened discretion regarding confidential and privileged data and system access

• HR business acumen, particularly an understanding of how external factors affect HR, with the ability to interpret and apply data from external sources (market data, industry benchmarks, regulatory requirements) to internal business questions

• Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines, with flexibility to respond to changing priorities. Ability to work independently and manage complex workflows

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position.
This role requires regular in-office presence, including attending in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
