GENERAL PURPOSE:This position is to manage DRM (Desktop Release Management) processes, including planning, scheduling, continuous monitoring, delivery, reporting and optimization of MS Windows upgrades and Office updates. Collaborate and communicate actively with EUP (End User Productivity) team, local IT teams and Desktop Engineering. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for requirements, testing and resolutions.
The base salary range for this role is $103,500 - $176,550. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

• Continuous DRM process improvements
• Develop and maintain release management core process and procedures
• Continuous DRM process improvements
• Plan and communicate O365 and Windows upgrades
• Ensure necessary testing with key stakeholders is performed prior to deployment
• Recognize "blockers" and wok resolve them
• Hire process-oriented staff with analytical mind
• Mitigate conflicts and present win-win solutions
• Motivate the staff to analyze processes including creative destruction

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• At least 5-10 years IT experience
• At least 4+ years of supervisory or project management experience with implementing company initiatives/goals.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in providing guidance to associates according to established policies and leadership guidance.
• Familiarity with release management process lifecycle (preferred)
• Technical experience supporting Microsoft patching, OS updates and O365 application upgrades
• Technical experience using Intune, Microsoft office and O365 suite (including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Access and MS Word)
• Proven analytical and report development skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with SCCM
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. This position requires the ability to use a computer, work as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
