HR Manager, Supply Chain Recruiting

The Manager, Supply Chain Recruiting will drive the development and day to day execution of the recruitment team while developing and managing programs and operational processes related to Distribution Centers.

Responsibilities include building key relationships, ownership of targeted events, screening resumes, conducting interviews with potential candidates, managing the assessment process, communicating with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, and maintaining the candidate database and reporting.

Responsible for full management and execution of attraction and selection of Supply Chain candidates, with the guidance of the Vice President, Talent Acquisition.

Responsible for research and development of recruitment strategy to support company expansion and growth. Assists Vice President, Talent Acquisition in handling special analysis and projects.


• Lead, engage and develop the recruiter and support staff team

• Partner with senior management and functional business areas to develop staffing strategies and initiatives for current and future needs

• In partnership with the HR Business Partners, define and implement strategic supply chain talent acquisition initiatives for assigned functions

• Ensure that the recruiting needs of the functional team are met while driving hiring manager and candidate satisfaction through monthly/quarterly reviews with the business

• Develop and execute recruitment processes and evaluate compliance regularly

• Strengthen the brand of the Supply Chain team by continuously delivering beyond expectations, and communicating successes and wins throughout the organization

• Partner with functional area HR Business Partners to support talent initiatives and vision

• Build a recruiting culture, and develop a talent pipeline, that builds candidate flow and increases business partner involvement in the supply chain recruiting process

• Support recruiting initiatives as needed in the areas of:
o Hiring Manager and candidate satisfaction
o Recruiting results and metrics
o Selection and candidate assessment
o Diversity in the candidate pool
o Supervise, train and develop team members as needed

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting for Corporate or Supply Chain, 3 or more years management experience preferred

• Experience supporting the Human Resources function preferred

• Demonstrated ability to effectively and successfully manage client relationships across all levels, and provide strong consultative partnership

• Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and find innovative solutions to traditional problems by doing more than filling jobs

• Successful track record in spearheading programs that meet short and long term recruiting needs

• Strong influencing skills

• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement focus

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Proven organization skills; ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands

• Demonstrated executive presence through strong business etiquette, confidence in all settings and maintaining a professional focus when business conditions change

• Strong computer skills -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus

• Social Media Savvy

• Experience with Taleo Applicant Tracking system a plus

• Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws

• Bachelor's degree required

• Ability to travel 20% of the time to DCs.


Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except it cannot be performed in the State of Colorado and New York City.
