About the role

At Ross, our industry-leading low cost model means that Finance is a strategic function, not a support one. As the Director of Store Finance and Analytics, you will have a very prominent "seat at the table," bridging between Store Operations executives, regional leaders in the field, and corporate FP&A. You will be on top of the most important trends in the company, making sure that the highest-level company priorities are aligned with effective day-to-day operations in stores. You will need to be able to move easily between big picture and strategic thinking and operational problem solving. • Develop materials to communicate results of analysis, insights, and financial and operating metrics to senior and C-level executives, leading presentations with senior stakeholders on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

• Lead special projects as needed to provide analytical and decision support on initiatives
