Allocation Project Analyst


The Project Analyst is responsible for tracking and coordinating projects impacting different Allocation teams. The Project Analyst will collect requirements, document a solution, and a timeline for implementation, and facilitate the entire process through the Process Improvement team and Training and Deployment team. The Project Analyst will work across the Allocation department to ensure budget and time targets are met.


Project Management
  • Identify project objectives and, for approved projects, plan implementation
  • Identify and submit approval for project resources to Project Manager
  • Work with Allocation Operation teams and cross functionally as the day-to-day lead for project management to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met
Communication and Support
  • Identify, track and communicate requests for projects
  • Work with the Communications / Deployment Analyst to develop communication plans for projects
  • Report project status to Project Manager
  • Work with the Communications / Deployment Analyst to communicate project status, milestones, and priority of requests to business partners
  • Communicate cross functionally to identify explicit and implicit issues affecting projects

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2 – 3 years cross functional project management experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including: pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas (e.g., v-lookup, etc.) and data formatting
  • Experience communicating to diverse audiences
  • Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
  • Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
  • Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
  • Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
