The Recruitment Marketing Manager on the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for designing and executing the external recruitment marketing strategy, which includes reaching out to online and offline communities to promote our company and open roles for Stores, Distribution Centers and Corporate Office. The role will also be responsible for social media vendor management, planning and content design, metrics and reporting, and competitive research on recruitment marketing trends. This position will report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. In collaboration with Sr. Director of TA, this role will participate in the design and implementation of integrated and standardized processes for the function while identifying and creating opportunities to drive effective and efficient recruitment marketing strategies to promote the candidate value proposition to the external marketplace.

The base salary range for this role is $105,600 - $161,600. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.


• Serve as TA owner of tools and systems, including vendor management for LinkedIn, Avature, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other sourcing partners. Lead QBRs with vendors to identify trends and identify tool usage opportunities and enhancements. Monitor tool usage and provide ongoing reporting, analytics, and training recommendations to the TA leadership team.

• Organize campaigns, programs, and events to build brand awareness and generate leads Coordinate employer branding activities, host and participate in in-person and virtual job fairs and other career events.

• Enrich our career page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials.

• Cultivate employer brand that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our organization's culture and values. Design and execute external recruitment marketing strategy across online and offline channels to showcase employer brand.

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to standardize processes and enhance recruitment marketing effectiveness.

• Develop a deep understanding of the target audience for each business unit (Stores, DCs, and Corporate) to tailor messaging effectively.

• Utilize marketing automation/CRM tools to streamline process and drive results.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and external partners.

• Design, implement and train on the effective use of technology to maximize marketing and outreach efforts. Influence and guide system owners, vendors and decision makers to ensure systems and tools can enable TA vision. Train and empower recruiters and hiring managers to communicate our employer value proposition effectively.

• Develop and report out on Marketing efforts ROI through metrics and dashboards, in partnership with TA Leadership and vendor partners.

• Manage tools & system enhancement initiatives as Talent POC. Evaluate new technology to drive efficiencies in our processes.

• Maintain a Social Media calendar and content review process to ensure external content aligns with company values, culture, and tone.

• Serve as Recruitment Marketing Subject Matter Expert to internal HR and business partners.

• Lead and manage a Recruitment Marketing Specialist.

• 2+ years in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Marketing function for a large, geographically dispersed, multilocation, and multiunit enterprise.

• 2+ of full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience

• 1+ years of management experience

• 2+ years of vendor management (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience with Taleo Applicant Tracking system and Avature CRM, or similar systems preferred

• Experience in process management

• Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports and drive results through others

• Demonstrated problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good storytelling abilities

• Familiarity with event planning

• Strong computer skills -- Excel, PowerPoint


This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position.

This role requires regular in-office presence, including attending in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
