GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Coordinator plays a key role in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive process improvements and support strategic decision-making within the Deployed Talent team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. A strong skillset in using data platforms and tools such as Power BI, Excel and other relevant software, and the ability to approach problem-solving with both a strategic and forward-thinking perspective is also a requirement.

The Coordinator works collaboratively in a team environment, creating and maintaining team data and reports and managing a centralized repository. Attention to detail, strong organization skills, analytical ability, and a professional orientation to customer service is critical to the success of this position. The Coordinator must be adaptable and able to flex to meet the evolving needs of the business, taking on additional responsibilities, as assigned. This role also includes essential administrative duties to support the HR team and ensure smooth team operations.

The base pay range for this role is $22.02 - $31.83. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and themes that inform business decisions.

• Generate reports and dashboards to summarize findings and provide clear, data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights that support organizational goals.

• Support process optimization efforts by identifying obstacles, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, refining strategies based on observed results.

• Manage and update team reporting, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information across the team.

• Maintain the team's data repository, organizing and updating it to ensure streamlined access to reports and documentation.

• Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with various audiences and through various channels to ensure appropriate process execution and support in a timely manner.

• Maintain and develop expertise in data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Power BI, to efficiently manage and visualize data.

• Position will perform other job duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.

• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to analyze data.

• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.

• Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.

• Maintain confidentiality of all reports and salary information.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending TEAMS meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
