GENERAL PURPOSE:
Supervisor, Store Execution, (On Site Representative) [Quality Audit] oversees a team of On-Site Representative (OSR) responsible for validating that the quality of fixtures and fixture installation is to standard, for store projects, including new stores, remodels, capacity expansions, and special initiatives. This role provides leadership for in-store quality assessment and evaluation to ensure that fixture vendors and installation vendors meet functional requirements. The Supervisor is accountable for optimizing assessment and evaluation processes and aligning team activities with overall project schedules and milestones.
The Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective assessment and evaluation through strategic planning, data analysis, proactive risk mitigation, and strong team development, under the direction of the Director, New Store Operations.

The base salary range for this role is $77,900 - $117,050. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Leads and develops a team of On Site Representatives responsible for validating fixture and installation quality, ensuring timely and accurate execution of evaluation activities.

• Drives evaluation strategy and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost effectiveness and reduce communication lead times.

• Establishes clear communication protocols with cross-functional partners (Fixture Design, Store Planning, Execution, Finance, Store Operations) to align evaluation timelines with project milestones, and provide timely detailed recaps of findings.

• Oversees the end-to-end evaluation and assessment process.

• Tracks and reports evaluation metrics, budget variances, and completion status. Assigns stores to be evaluated and facilitates travel planning.

• Leads weekly team meetings to review recaps, monitor status updates, share lessons learned, and align on shifting project needs or resource priorities.

• Supports the development of standard operating procedures, training materials, and tools to streamline design processes across the team.

• Mentors and coaches team members; identifies training opportunities and provides ongoing feedback to ensure professional growth and performance excellence.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• BA/BS degree required.

• 3-5 years of experience

• Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration with business partners and stakeholders

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet

• High comfort level working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments

• Outstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
Requires the ability to respond quickly and accurately to urgent requests for support on weekends, early mornings and evenings, during the new store opening process.
Requires valid driver license with REAL ID, valid passport, ability to rent a car, ability to safely drive a car to visit stores and vendors, ability to travel by airplane to visit stores and vendors.
Willing and enthusiastic to travel approximately 75% of the time, by airplane and car, to stores and vendors across the United States. Resides within driving distance of a major airport. Occasional travel to Puerto Rico and China.
