Onboarding

All new Associates follow a robust onboarding program for 6-12 weeks that includes assigned training. We also have onboarding programs for Associates who are promoted, to ensure they are set up for success at the next level of their career.

Store Associates

receive both eLearning and on-the-job training, supported by an experienced Associate.

Buying Office Merchants, Planners, and Support Teams

take part in structured onboarding programs, ongoing training, and one-on-one apprenticeships.

Supply Chain Associates

receive structured onboarding and role-specific training, supported by an experienced team of trainers and peers.

Corporate Associates

participate in an engaging and structured onboarding program and are assigned a Peer Coach in the first month to help them learn their new role.

Our leadership development programs support all our new-in-role managers and aspiring leaders in building skills to lead teams and manage the business. These programs offer a blend of instructor-led training, eLearning, and direct coaching to help individuals develop competencies that meet the needs of our business.

Corporate, Buying and Planning and Supply Chain Associates

are offered training on a range of professional and leadership development topics, such as effective communication and coaching skills.
