GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Stylist is responsible for executing on-set styling across seasonal campaigns, editorial shoots, social content, and key brand moments. This role translates established creative direction and styling standards into compelling, on-brand looks across multiple product categories. The Stylist partners closely with Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure product is styled with consistency, quality, and commercial relevance in support of brand storytelling.

The base pay range for this role is $32.60 - $48.75. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Styling Execution & Production Support

• Execute head-to-toe styling across campaigns, editorial shoots, and brand moments in alignment with creative direction and brand guidelines.

• Style women's, men's, kids', and home product as applicable across on-model, flat lay, and lifestyle content.

• Support high-volume content production while maintaining styling quality, accuracy, and visual consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Creative, Production, Studio, and Marketing teams to translate concepts and briefs into effective on-set styling execution.

• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, HMUA, and production teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand visuals.

• Support casting alignment by collaborating on model and talent selection relative to styling direction and fit needs.
Wardrobe & Styling Coordination

• Source and pull wardrobe, accessories, and props from internal inventory, vendors, and external partners as needed for shoot execution.

• Coordinate fittings and tailoring in partnership with production teams to ensure proper fit and presentation.

• Prepare and manage styling needs on set, including steaming, fitting, pinning, and adjustments during production.
On-Set Styling Oversight

• Lead on set styling execution, ensuring continuity, polish, and adherence to styling standards.

• Direct styling adjustments in real time to uphold visual integrity, continuity and creative intent

• Identify and resolve real time styling challenges in fast paced production environments.

• Maintain consistent styling across multiple looks, talent, and shoot days.
Trend Awareness & Brand Relevance

• Stay current on fashion, styling, and cultural trends to inform styling choices within brand parameters.

• Apply trend awareness to elevate styling while maintaining accessibility and commercial relevance.

• Share styling insights and inspiration with creative partners to support seasonal storytelling.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of experience in styling for editorial, advertising, e commerce, or brand marketing environments.

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, product presentation, and styling techniques.

• Experience styling across multiple categories (women's, men's, kids, home) preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with creative or styling tools a plus.

• Ability to travel and support on location shoots as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
