You'll provide a visible presence at Store entrances/exits, mitigating theft and fraud and maintaining a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers. You'll engage with Customers in a friendly and courteous manner while deterring opportunity for theft by demonstrating a commanding presence in a Company-issued vest/required black attire and monitoring the Code 50 package inspection policy. In partnership with Store Leadership, you'll walk the sales floor to identify and address potential theft indicators and ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimization of operational shortage.

You're responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience by greeting and assisting them in a courteous manner with eye contact and a friendly smile. You'll also be expected to treat fellow Associates with respect, follow all company best practice standards, maintain a clean work area, and ensure proper merchandise presentation. You may also perform additional tasks in specific situations to help achieve our customer service and operational goals.

You're responsible for a specific, assigned area of the Store, as well as the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as Manager on Duty. You'll open and close the Store, supervise Associates, ensure proper merchandise presentation, and maintain a safe, friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
