Sr. Manager, LP Technology

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Senior Manager, Loss Prevention Technology, is responsible for managing projects to add or replace loss prevention/security technology in stores, supply chain, and corporate locations. This includes managing the socialization, execution, communication, and financial aspects of each project. The Senior Manager is also expected to work fluidly across the three organizations identifying opportunities to drive process alignment and efficiencies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The management of adding or replacing loss prevention/security technology, including but not limited to the video, burglar alarm, electronic article surveillance, access control, metal detector systems for stores, supply chain, and corporate locations.
The management of installation or service projects to ensure accurate scope, timeline, deliverables, and business updates. The development of capital expenditure requests for projects or pilots and presents plans and results to partners and leadership as needed. Also, visits stores, supply chain, and corporate locations as needed to validate vendor installations and build partnerships with field partners.
The continuous collaboration and communication with internal and external business partners (i.e., Executive Leadership, Field LP, Supply Chain LP, Corporate Security, IT, Finance, Construction, Store Planning, Purchasing, Store Operations, etc.). Interface with LP and other partner’s leadership when needed to socialize project plans, changes, or issues.
The management of vendor relationships and drive a high standard of service by managing and developing tools and processes to measure team and vendor performance.
The management of the financial budgeting processes for assigned projects and ensures fiscal accountability to department and project budgets.
The creation of procedures, guides, forms, reports, and training as needed to ensure strong execution in adding, supporting, and using LP technology.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

BA/BS degree
7 years of management experience focused on security or technology-based projects.
Excellent project management skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Skilled user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook programs
Detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or on a team on projects of all sizes
Demonstrated ability to cope with pressure and changing priorities
Maintains confidentiality concerning all projects

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

The job requires the ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
