About this opportunity

The Sr. Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting data, to provide recommendations on the improvement of value-added processes (retail ticketing). This position will execute/refine standard reporting while independently identifying areas of improvement and presenting recommendations to management. The Sr. Analyst will also support the development and workstreams of an Analyst and Specialist, including shared inbox management, answering inquiries from merchants and vendors. The Sr. Analyst must also have strong communication skills, collaborating with various cross-functional partners (3rd party vendors and ticket providers, Merchant organization, Distribution Centers), and may represent the team in meetings with executives. They must be able to work independently, managing deliverables and expectations, leveraging strong technical/functional skills to produce forecasts in an evolving environment.

The base salary range for this role is $87,000 - $97,000. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively review and analyze key business areas to identify changes in trend and provide recommendations to drive improvement.
  • Create and maintain collaborative relationships with cross functional partners, providing feedback/recommendations for process improvement.
  • Leverage technical skills to analyze large datasets to create projections/forecasts.
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, tailoring style based on audience.
  • Independently identify potential problems and risks; generates strong ideas, insights, and solutions in order to prevent issues.


Who you are
  • You have a bachelor's degree.
  • You have 4-6 years of analytical experience in the retail or consumer products industry.
  • You have a passion for analytics, working with data, and deriving insights to answer business stakeholder questions and drive actions and decision-making.
  • You are self-motivated and results-driven; you can work independently and simultaneously manage multiple projects/priorities.
  • You are resourceful and experienced in maneuvering ambiguous situations.
  • You have a strong conceptual ability and strategic and critical thinking.
  • You are a relationship builder with internal teams and executives at senior levels.
  • You can translate complex data in terms that are easily understood and accessible to Merchants at various levels of seniority and sophistication with the material.
  • You pay close attention to detail.
  • You have a strong and effective communicator in both written and verbal communication.


This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
