About this opportunity ....

The Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) Manager - Stores will work closely with the DE&I Director of Corporate, Supply Chain, and Stores. The role is responsible for supporting the effective implementation of the DE&I strategy for the Stores business unit.

This role will be a trusted DE&I resource for Stores Associates and will manage and coordinate plans, programs, initiatives, and other DE&I activities within Stores working closely with Store Operations. Additionally, this position will receive, manage, and maintain DE&I feedback within the Stores business unit. This manager will also support our efforts to maintain a culture of fairness, inclusion, belonging, and community for all Stores Associates.

Responsibilities ...
  • Manages and coordinates Stores DE&I program plans, programs, events and initiatives (e.g., DE&I Champions Program) in collaboration with DE&I Directors, other DE&I Managers, HR Business Partners, and Stores business unit managers as appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for DE&I data reporting for Stores.
  • In collaboration with the DE&I Director, assess Stores data reports, surveys, and trends providing insights to Human Resources Business Partners and Stores business unit managers as appropriate to advance the DE&I strategy and drive impact through diversity data and research.
  • Provide data insights, research, and recommendations to support Talent Management, Recruitment, Retention, Learning and Development and other DE&I Strategies that support the DE&I vision and objectives.
  • Conduct research on key Diversity & Inclusion topics, programs and initiatives to advance and support DE&I vision and objectives.
  • Proactively manage and develop holistic tracking methods to effectively measure DE&I progress, report progress, recommend solutions that drive continual improvement to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate on responses to items submitted to email from Associates.
  • Assists with the planning, scheduling and coordination of DE&I meetings including the design and development of meeting decks and other communications/tools.
  • Support DE&I Directors with the development, coordination, and implementation of key external DE&I partnerships.
  • Assist with the planning and facilitation of DE&I Training and other learning tools.
  • May require travel at least 20% of the time
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Who you are ...
  • You have a Bachelor's degree
  • You have a minimum 5 years' experience implementing large scale strategies, initiatives, projects or programs
  • You have the ability to work proactively, as appropriate.
  • You have the ability to gather, interpret and analyze complex data.
  • You have the ability to manage cross-functional projects, as demonstrated by previous experience coordinating deadlines and deliverables with multiple stakeholders
  • You have strong oral and written communications skills including presentation skills
  • You have strong collaboration and relationship building skills
  • You have advanced skills in MS Office 365 - Work, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint
  • You have the ability to effectively maintain confidential company information
