Learning and Organizational Development Coordinator

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Coordinator HR Learning is responsible for managing all aspects of L&OD related to program logistics and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organization, business acumen and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to act as an L&OD liaison assisting program participants and vendors, interacting comfortably with senior leaders, and collaborating with business partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage all logistics, enrollment, materials, presenter scheduling and communications for L&OD programs (e.g., New Hire Orientation, Manager Development Program, DE&I Training), events (e.g., HR Meeting), and courses

• Track budget, process invoices, and manage vendor relationships

• Establish and maintain L&OD measurement efforts including the compiling, distributing, tracking, and summarizing program, event, and course evaluation data

• Manage course content update process for key Stores and Corporate learning programs

• Provide LMS and systems support such as responding to Skillsoft content research requests, maintaining master eLearn list, and managing the L&OD mailbox and calendar

• Update L&OD content on the RossLink and HR portals, and draft communication to market the available training offerings

• Conduct L&OD repository clean-up, set-up, and transition files to Teams/SharePoint site, and manage ongoing site maintenance

• Act as the team liaison to leaders, vendors and guests who are delivering or attending an L&OD program, event, or course (New Hire Orientation, etc.)

• Implement special projects and/or represent L&OD as needed on HR Committees (HR Meeting Fun Committee, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong detail orientation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task office environment

• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement focus

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Proven organization skills: ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands

• Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Adept at learning and becoming proficient using modern technologies such as LMS administrative functions, MS Teams/SharePoint, SurveyMonkey, etc.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

Job requires the ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person and virtual meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.


This role requires regular in-office presence, to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
