IT Senior Manager (End User Productivity Delivery)

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Senior Manager, End User Productivity (EUP) Delivery works in conjunction with the EUP Director and a team responsible to deliver productivity tools, such as O365, portal, workflow and video conferencing. This individual will focus on program management and delivery of key EUP projects. This position will interface directly with key business units, our IT security team, and other IT groups as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONs:

• Participate in the development of the 5 year plan that aligns with the strategic objectives of particular business units and the various technology groups

• Must be able to quickly establish credibility at all levels of the organization including senior-level business executives

• Manage budget, resources and schedules across multiple projects, internal and system integrator staff. Coordinate with other programs and IT’s shared services

• Identify, manage and communicate issues, risks and dependencies to project stakeholders and sponsors

• Support the deliverables and milestones for projects as part of the systems development lifecycle. This includes ensuring the projects requirements are defined, deliverables are provided as required and other groups are engaged when appropriate.

• Ensure accuracy of financial deliverables such as Bill of Materials, quotes, SOW’s and adherence of architecture deliverables to ross standards and project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• At least 10 to 15 years’ IT experience within a Fortune 500 or similar IT environment

• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of project managers

• Strong background in program management

• Demonstrated ability to execute financial analysis for projects and technologies, such as ROI, and TCO

• Ability to supervise consultants and external vendor resources

• Demonstrated history of engaging internal customers, including listening, influencing, translating technical details into understandable concepts and building consensus.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with O365 technologies

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager or business analyst

• Graduate degree

• Experience with a major retailer

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.

Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.

Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.

Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

Occasional driving and/or traveling overnight for business functions or site visits.

Occasional travel to our NYC office.
