IT Manager II (End User Productivity Adoption)

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Manager II, End User Productivity (EUP) Digital Adoption works in conjunction with the EUP Director and a team responsible driving adoption of productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint Portals and sites, process automation and business automation tools and video conferencing. This individual will focus on change management, release management, training, marketing and other areas that will help our internal users. The individual will manage business analysts and lead efforts to streamline requirements gathering and overall user experience of our tools and resources. This position will interface directly with key business units, and several IT groups.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage the development and delivery of all business analysis processes for all projects and products in the End User Productivity portfolio to streamline the team's deliverables and create best practices and standardization.

• Manage, mentor and coach a team of business analysts that cover various products and projects such as collaboration, portals and intranets, and workflow and business process improvement applications. Provide regular and constructive performance feedback to individuals. Responsible for staffing decisions, coaching, development and evaluation of associates.

• Partner with peers to gain alignment and build strategy on new technology standards and understand business needs and technology impacts on our end users.

• Support the end user adoption of all end user productivity digital solutions through engaging support teams, Department leadership, business champions and all end users in a diverse, robust change management program..

• Encourage innovation and foster an environment of continuous improvement to help drive greater efficiencies within Ross. Diagnose and resolve systemic obstacles that prevent the team from delivering high-quality software.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of business analysts or similar management responsibilities

• Strong background in digital workplace technologies and business process management tools like K2, Nintex, Power Platform or other low code solutions

• Experience with implementing intranets and portals and managing and governing processes through the life of the tools

• Strong experience with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and other office 365 tools

• Experience with leading change management initiatives using Champions, trainings, communications and documentation

• Experience creating best practices and process improvements for business analysts, including requirement solicitation, user acceptance testing, change management and training

• A solid understanding of industry best practices for for driving adoption to end user facing technologies in retail; or similar industries

• Demonstrated ability to execute financial analysis for projects and technologies, such as ROI, and TCO

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated history of engaging internal customers, including listening, influencing, translating technical details into understandable concepts and building consensus.

• Undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, or a related technical discipline
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a large retail organization

• Both Waterfall and Agile project experience

• Graduate degree

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
