DC Trainer

We are immediately looking to fill multiple Trainer positions in our SoCal facilities. These positions require recent experience working in a warehouse and, minimum, 6 months of training experience.

If you enjoy working with people, this is the position for you. You'll be teaching new associates the ins and outs of their new career. These positions could be involved in training any and all positions within the distribution center, you will be fully trained before they ask you to train others though. In addition to the increased pay ($19.51/hour) you'll also be eligible for Shift Differentials ($2.00/hour).

Basic Qualifications:
  • Warehouse experience
  • 6 months of previous training experience
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety procedures while teaching
  • Recent Machine (Forklift, Turret Truck, Walkie, etc.) Operator experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to stand throughout your shift (up to 10 hours/day)
  • Must be able to climb, reach, bend, kneel, twist, stoop, etc. throughout your shift
  • Must be comfortable speaking and teaching large groups
