Copy Center Clerk


Provide the service of duplicating documents for the Corporate Office to include making copies of documents, placing service calls when necessary, maintaining copy and fax machines throughout the Corporate Office, preparing necessary reports, and providing backup assistance to Facilities Coordinators and the Mail Room as needed.


  • Duplicating materials as requested by Corporate Office associates, including the review of original documents to ensure that all aspects of the job are understood, making a sample copy and if a potential problem with the original or copy is found, consulting with originator before proceeding to ensure that copies will be of the highest quality.

  • Place, log, and follow up on all service calls for all Copy Center equipment.

  • Clear paper jams in copy machines as required.

  • Manually collate copies of manuals & cut and laminate copies to required sizes as needed.

  • Maintain Copy Center Supplies including tracking inventory & order supplies.

  • Record and report printer meter readings as needed.

  • Provide necessary training on all copy machines, including Ricoh, Xerox, KIP and all laminators and cutters.

  • Assist in the Mail Center as required: Sorting mail, making mail runs, posting US mail, shipping UPS, opening and closing mail bags, putting bags in order, and any other duties that may be required.

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Good communication skills, mechanical ability, and attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of P\production level copy equipment

  • Accuracy absolutely required

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with basic math and accounting skills.

  • Ability to train others.


Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.

Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.

Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.

Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
