Coordinator, HR (Reporting)


The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR Reporting & Analytics team members in their maintenance of Ross Stores, Inc. human resource systems and processes. This includes ensuring data integrity in support of benefits processes and maintenance. Other responsibilities would include running existing queries and sending resulting data to both field and corporate clients. The HR coordinator will also perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools.


HR Reporting
Fulfill data requests by maintaining and running a schedule of recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Running and monitoring benefits processes and extracts in PeopleSoft. Including government agency compliance reporting.
- Vacation & Sick Accruals
- Receive, test, and upload files to external vendors
- DOL, BLS, EDD reporting
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School diploma required
College degree preferred
0 – 2 years relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail; process oriented
Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.


Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
