Ross Stores Distribution Centers is opening a BRAND-NEW facility in Brookshire, TX. This is a wonderful opportunity to make an impact on the direction of an entire DC. We need you to be the point of contact that receives and communicates issues to DC Associates that include VP Team members, HR staff and Department Supervisors.


A Ross Stores Trouble Desk Clerk will manage day to day trouble in the DC from the inbox via the Trouble Tracker Report and communicate the needed trouble information to NY Trouble Desk for resolution and report back next steps.

  • Manage calls, emails and process trouble tickets as required
  • Provide follow up of trouble ticket resolutions
  • Provide quality customer service to both Ross employees and merchant teams
  • Send daily reports that include new, aged and delays on resolutions

  • At least one year of distribution experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in MS Office and high level of comfort in Excel and Outlook (Testing Required)
  • Detailed in delivery, organized and self-motivated for completion of projects

  • Ability to climb, reach, bend, kneel as needed in a warehouse environment
  • Sitting, Standing and walking for long periods
  • Lifting up to 50lbs as needed
