About this opportunity ....

An Associate New Store Associate Analyst is responsible for planning new stores, analyzing new store performance by total and product level against plan and in partnership with manager, recommending adjustments to future plan in order to maximize opportunity and minimize risks. Perform ad hoc reporting/analysis as requested.
  • Develop the opening assortment for all new stores utilizing store clusters with similar demographics. Utilize Correlation analysis to ensure products are grouped together appropriately.
  • Collaborate with field organization, allocation and planning in the development of the new store plans.
  • Review new store performance during Grand opening period at total store and product level. Recommend adjustments based on performance to plan to manager.
  • Review non-comp stores monthly at Total level for their first full year. Recommend adjustments based on performance to plan to manager.
  • Develop pre-season plans at total store and by product areas for new stores, leveraging pre-open assortment blended with open-to-date sales trends.
  • Support key functions of a project and interact and communicate effectively within and across the organization, in person, on video calls and through emails

Who you are ...
  • You have your 4-year college degree or the equivalent experience required
  • You've had 2+ years of previous work experience; corporate / business planning experience required
  • You have advanced Excel knowledge
  • You have strong organizational Skills
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • You have demonstrated decision making skills
  • You have strong verbal and written communication
  • You have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business
