Associate Analyst, Plan Achievement


The Plan Achievement Associate Analyst is responsible for basic analysis over a diverse range of assignments, projects and analytics to support in-month allocations, end of month inventory plans and strategic initiatives. The Associate Analyst will support Regional Plan Achievement activities which include developing Sales Curves and In-Month Sales Trend assessments. Additionally, the Associate Analyst researches and responds to product level inventory concerns from stores.


Analytics of Inventory and Receipt Management
  • Analyze and interpret reporting to validate inventory plan achievement and execution
  • Support end of month inventory plan achievement through use of Weekly Sales Curves and IN-Month Trending for assigned Regions.
  • Analyze historical sales performance
  • Monitor region and store inventory position in relation to sales trends
  • Research and respond to store callouts
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Drive timely and effective communication with Analysts/Managers on the team
  • Provide weekly communication of results and inventory opportunities/risks, providing recommended action needed to support changing trends

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of related experience in Planning and/or Allocation
  • Solid MS Excel skills and mathematics foundation, formulas/functions (e.g., vlookup, etc.) is a plus
  • Solid Oral and Written communication

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
